Built next to the sea the settlement of Gerolimenas is situated on the eastern side of Cavo Grosso and leads to a small natural harbour. In the past it was one of the most important commercial harbours in Mani. Today it has become a tourist attraction due to the breathtaking natural beauty of the area.
